Draksharishtam is an Ayurvedic fermented medicine, used mainly in the treatment of respiratory and intestinal disorders. Draksha refers to Raisin (Dry grapes), which is the main ingredient of this product

Pharmacology: Cardiac tonic and expectorant
Indication: Cough, Asthma and general weakness. Used in palpitation of heart with Dabur Arjunarishta.
Classical uses:
Urakshata – useful in chest injury
Kshaya – tuberculosis, chronic respiratory diseases, weight loss
Kasa – cold, cough
Shwasa – Asthma
Galamayan – throat infection / throat disorders
Balakrut – improves strength
Malashodhana – cleanses intestines.
Dose: 1 to 2-table spoonful (15 to 30ml) with equal quantity of water after meals or as directed by the physician.
